Brief Profile :
Giridhar N. Narule acquired his B.E. in Civil Engineering from Nagpur University (1993)and M.E. (Structural Engineering) from Sardar Patel College of Engineering,Andheri, Mumbai University (2001). He has been awarded a Ph.D. on "Lengtheffects on the efficiency of CFRP composite strengthening on the behavior ofcircular and non-circular columns under axial compression" by MumbaiUniversity in 2019, which was completed under the guidance of Dr. A. N. Bambole(Department of Structural Engineering VJTI, Mumbai) and his work was mentoredby Dr. Tarun Kant (Professor Emeritus, Department of Civil Engineering, IndianInstitute of Technology Bombay). He started the teaching profession as a lecturerfrom KGCOE, Karjat in 1994. Presently he is working as an Associate Professorin VPKBIET, Baramati. He has guided undergraduate and postgraduate students for various Project works in the field of Civil Engineering.
He worked as a Consultant as well as Technical Auditor through departmental works for various organizations viz. Hi-tech Textile Park MIDC, Baramati, AirportMIDC, Baramati, Suzlon Pvt. Ltd., Demac Pvt. Ltd, BVG Pvt. Ltd., N.J.R.Construction Pvt. Ltd. and ManojaSthapatya Pvt. Ltd. etc. He has also generated fund through various material testing works in labs and grant for Non-Destructive testing of existing structure and rehabilitation under the AICTE scheme. He has prepared various models to enhance the teaching aids in Civil Engineering Department.
He is a life member of the Indian Society of Technical Education and Indian Society of Structural Engineers. He is also recognized as Post Graduate Teacher in Structural Engineering faculty in the SPPU, Pune.

Brief Profile :
Chittaranjan completed his B.E. in Civil Engineering in 2007 from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University and M. Tech Degree in the area of Structural Engineering in 2009 from Govt. College of Engineering Amravati and Ph. D Civil- Structural Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune in 2018. He has secured Fourth position in University (with distinction) in Civil Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University in 2007 and First position in University (with distinction) in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from Amravati University. He qualified GATE in 2007. Dr Chittaranjan has guided 50 students for project work in structural engineering, earthquake engineering, structural dynamic, rehabilitation of structures and dynamic analysis of plate and shell by FEM, during their masters. He has 14 years of experience in teaching and research. He is recognized reviewers of many National, International journals and international conferences like Journal of The Institution of Engineers (India): Series A, Innovative Infrastructure Solutions and many more. There are 30 papers published in national and international journals in his credit. He has attended 30 national and 15 international conferences and 30 workshops in different sub-streams of Civil Engineering. He has received BCUD grant from University of Pune on the topic entitled “Vibration control of Civil structures using piezo-ceramic smart materials” in the year 2014-15.
He has also received Young Scientist/ Teacher Travel Grant for attending International Conference at Department of Civil Engineering, University of Peradeniya, Peradeniya, Sri Lanka on the topic entitled “Seismic Behavior of Existing Retrofitted Elevated Water Tank after NDT Investigations Using Software SAP 2000” in the year 2017-18. He has also received grant from Science and Engineering Research Board (DST) for organizing national level workshop on topic “Damage detection and characterization strategy of non-engineering structures using PZT sensor: Theory and Practice” in the year 2019. He has also received grant from Savitribai Phule Pune University for organizing national level workshop on topic “Damage detection strategy of structures using smart materials: Theory and Practice” in the year 2019. Dr. Chittaranjan worked as consultant through departmental works for various organizations viz Design of minor earthen Dam near Katewadi for Maharashtra Jeeven pradhikaran, Design of water tank for MIDC, Baramati from 2007- 2020. He was the student Senate member in Govt. college of Engineering, Amravati. He is also member of ISTE and Journal of Earthquake Engineering.

Dr. Samadhan G. Morkhade received his B.E. (Civil Engineering) in 2008 from Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology & Research, Badnera-Amravati. He has qualified GATE examination in 2009 with 90.12 percentile and completed M. Tech. (Structural Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering) and Ph. D (Structural Engineering) in 2011 and 2016 respectively from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. He has 9 years of experience in teaching and research. He is recognized reviewers of many SCI/SCOPUS journals like Engineering Structures, Thin Walled Structures, International Journal of Steel Structure, Steel & Composite Structures, Structural Engineering & Mechanics, Arabian Journal of Science & Engineering and many more. Dr. Samadhan also received 100% Travel Grant from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune for presenting thepaperin Structural Engineering Convention (SEC-18), an international conference at Jadavpur University Kolkata. Ms. Pallavi A. Bokey received her B.E. (Civil Engineering) degree in 2008 from Government College of Engineering, Amravati(Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University). In 2014, she completed her M.Tech. in Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering from Government College of Engineering in Amravati. She has total 9.5 years of teaching experience from previous institutes. Presentlyshe is working as an Assistant Professor in Vidya Pratishthan's Kamalnayan Bajaj Institute of Engineering and Technology, Baramati. Brief Profile :
Mr Prafulla Pise received his B.Tech. Degree in Civil and Water Management Engineering in 2010 from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology (SGGS), Nanded (An autonomous institute of Govt. of Maharashtra). He has qualified GATE examination in his first attempt. He completed his M.Tech. in Alternate Hydro Energy Systems (Major in Small Hydro Power development and Minor in Solar PV and Project Planning) from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT), Roorkee in 2012. Currently he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Marine Technology (Offshore Wind Energy) from Newcastle University, United Kingdom (a Russel group university). He is also pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management - Distance Learning Program at prestigious Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai (India).
He is a Chartered Engineer (India) in Civil Engineering with specialization in Hydraulic Engineering and Project Planning. He is a graduate member of ICE, UK and working towards his charteredship. He is also a member of PMI Pune Chapter and preparing for PMP (USA) and PRINCE2 (UK) certifications.
He has 3.5+ years of experience in Project Planning and Management, Engineering and Design consultancy for hydropower and infrastructure development projects at international level. During his job at WAPCOS Limited (a Govt. of India undertaking), he has worked on several water resources and infrastructure development projects as a design engineer at international level. He has completed planning, designing, detailed estimation, tendering and prepared construction drawings for the project colony comprising of 478 residential units, 19 non-residential buildings, 2.5km hilly road, 4 culverts and other services in Bhutan for inter-governmental projects. He has prepared inception reports, pre-feasibility reports and detailed project reports with topographical survey and geotechnical investigation for various hydropower projects in India. He has prepared expression of interests and bidding proposals for various investment opportunities in Africa on behalf of the Ministry of Water Resources and Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India .
He is a Founding Director of PISE Developers Private Limited, Pune which is working in dealing and providing services in renewable energy and waste recycling along with the infrastructure development and empower farmers in rural area. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Vidya Pratishthan's Kamalnayan Bajaj Institute of Engineering and Technology, Baramati.
