Brief Profile :
Dr. Anil Hiwarekar received his B.Sc. in 1985 from Nagpur University and obtained his
M. Sc. (Mathematics) from Marathwada University in 1988. He completed his M.Phil. (Mathematics)
in 1995 and extended his M.Phil. work for his Ph.D. on 'Elliptic and Parabolic boundary value
problems with applications'. He has been awarded Ph.D. degree in 2008 from Dr. B.A.M.University,
Aurangabad. He has also done B.Ed. in 1987 from Marathwada University, Aurangabad.
Anil has twenty seven years of teaching experience at undergraduate
and postgraduate level. He is working in Vidya Pratishthan's College of Engineering
Baramati from March 2001.
Anil also has to his credit Twenty Eight publications out
of which ten research papers are published in the International Journals and four in National Journals. He has presented
seventeen papers in International and National Conferences. He has attended around twenty four workshops/ conferences/
Seminars and also attended nine summer /refresher courses. He has an important role in organizing about thirteen conferences/
workshops / programs. He was a chairman of one session of AMTI National Conference (Dec.2011) at Baramati.
He worked as a coordinator for ISTE SRMC (from 2013- to 2015) Chapter level, zonal level and national level
examinations. He has attended international conference abroad 'The World Congress on Engineering 2014'
from 2nd July to 4th July 2014 at London U.K. and presented his two research papers. He worked as a Chairman of
Local Organizing Committee for National Conference Technology Innovations in Math Education (in coordination
with IIT, Mumbai) which was organized at VPCOE Baramati.
He completed two Research projects
including BCUD Research project entitled 'Better Network Security Using Generalized Hill Cipher Algorithm'
sanctioned by University of Pune.
Anil is a life member of ISTE, Marathwada Mathematical Society, Aurangabad,
All India Mathematics Teachers of India, Cryptology Research Society of India and Indian Mathematical Society.
He is also a member of international association of engineers.

Received graduate degree in Electronics and completed M.Sc. in Physics with specialization
in solid state physics. Completed Ph.D. in Superconductivity from Marathawada University,
Aurangabad. He has twenty three years of teaching experience at undergraduate level.
He has to his credit 30 research publications in National and International journals and conferences. He Chaired the session in an International Conference on Solid State Ionics, held at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during 2-6,August 1994. He also presented a paper on superconductivity in this conference. Recently, He chaired the session in 2014 International Conference of Information Engineering organized by World Congress on Engineering at Imperial College, London, 2-4 July 2014.
He is a Recognized Post graduate Teacher, in University of Pune. He is recognized for Guiding and Teaching

Dr. Aparna has received Bachelor of Science (CBZ) degree in 1996 and M.Sc. degree in 1998 with specialization in Inorganic Chemistry. She was awarded Ph.D. Degree in 2002 from Karnataka University, Dharwad, for the research topic "Development of Novel Methods for the Assay of some Drugs of Pharmaceutical interest". She has cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) forLecturership in Chemical Sciences in the year 1999. She has a total of 05 research publications in National and International Journals and has 02 (1 paper and 1 poster) presentations in National and International Conferences. She has about nineteen years of teaching experience and has got recognition as PG teacher for Chemistry from the S.P. Pune University.
Aparna teaches Engineering Chemistry. She has varied experience in teaching Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Environmental Studies at undergraduate level. She has also handled administrative responsibilities. She has worked as an active member of Cultural Gathering. Brief Profile :
Anil received his B.Sc. degree in 1998 and completed M. Sc. (Physics) in 2000 from Ahmednagar College, Ahmednagar, University of Pune. He joined VPCOE Baramati in 2001 in General Science Department. He worked as a lecturer from 2001 to 2007 and Senior Lecturer in Physics from 2007 to 2010.

Brief Profile :
Dr. Nitin Jadhav completed his M. Sc. in Chemistry (with First Class) and B.Sc. (First class with Distinction) from T. C. College Baramati. He obtained his Ph. D in September 2016 under the guidance of Prof. B. Bhattacharya at Sharda University, Greater Noida India. He completed his thesis on Studies on Modification of Working Electrode for Dye sensitized Solar Cells.
Presently he is working as an Assistant Professor at Vidya Pratishthan's Kamalnayan Bajaj Institute of Engineering and Technology Baramati.
He worked as an Assistant Professor at Department of Chemistry, Tuljaram Chaturchand College Baramati. He also worked as Senior Research fellow CSIR (Govt. of India) and JRF on DST (Govt. of India) sponsored Project and as Foreign Research Student at Department of Chemistry, Sogang University Seoul South Korea for one year.
He has expertise in synthesis of mesoporous and nanoporous metal oxide like TiO2 ZnO WO3. He has extensive experience in modification of nano porous working semiconductor electrode as well as solid polymer electrolyte. During doctoral study he synthesized highly ordered mesoporous materials with long range ordering or honey comb like structure having pore size ranging from 4-11 nm, this material is used as working electrode in DSSC, PSSC, Batteries, Fuel Cells, catalyst in different reaction and so on. He synthesized different narrow band gap perovskite materials as sensitizer in PSSC. He is has hand in experience of fabrication of dye sensitized solar cells as well as perovskite sensitized solar cells. Also have a good work ethic and the capability to work safely in a laboratory environment.
He has published 12 Research papers in Internationally Reputed peer-reviewed Journals having high impact factor more up to 4. His one paper has been published in national journal. He also has presented eight papers in International Conferences and five papers in National Conferences.
He is awarded with Best Oral presentation award and Best Poster awards also. He is awarded with different fellowships like Senior Research fellowship (SRF) awarded by CSIR (Govt. of India) from 2012-2014, Junior Research fellowship (JRF) awarded by DST (Govt. of India) from 2010-2012, Foreign Student Fellowship awarded by Government of South Korea from 2009-2010 and Seoul City Fellowship awarded by Seoul City from 2009-2010.
He is reviewer of four internationally reputed peer reviewed journals and also a member of several scientific and professional bodies.
He has experience of organizing International and National conferences. Recently he has successfully organized one national conference at T C College Baramati, and two International conferences at Sharda University. He has good collaborative relations with more than 15 foreign scientists.

Dr. Nitin Shelke received his graduate degree in 1999 and post-graduate degree in 2001 with the specialization in Physics from Ahmednagar College Ahmednagar, University of Pune. He was awarded Ph.D. degree in 2018 from Solapur University, Solapur. He has thirteen years of teaching experience at undergraduate level.
