Computer engineering department is committed for ensuring great careers for its students. Computer department has center of excellence with AWS Academy, Red Hat Academy, Software Engineering and Big data, etc to make the under graduates industry ready. Computer Graphics, Compiler Construction at different engineering colleges under Shivaji University,
Solapur University and Pune University. Digambar is having 12 years of experience at undergraduate and Post
graduate level.
He has worked as Correspondent for the National Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Technology
(NCETET-2012) at VPCoE, Baramati in 2012. Digambar has worked as workshop coordinator for "SDES" Workshop conducted by
IIT Bombay, Mumbai and "Introduction to Design of Algorithms" ISTE workshop by IIT Kharagpur, supported by MHRD Govt.

Poster Presentation Activity
Department organized Poster Presentation Activity on Friday, 11th February 2022 for all students. A total of 58 students (16 groups) were participated in this activity and showcased their ideas of projects. The main purpose of this activity to aware students about the project activity and subsequent activities which includes Team Formation, Communication, Ability to express technical views etc. The overall activity coordinated by Ms. Pallavi Jawalkar Ma’am with the strong support of Head of Department Dr. Chaitanya Kulkarni. Coordinator Ms. Pallavi Jawalkar introduced the program. Dr. Chaitanya Kulkarni and Shri. Suraj Kumbhar (TPO) acted as the examiner. Speaking on the occasion, Shri. Kumbhar explained the importance of such competition to the students and said that maximum number of students should participate in such activities. Dr. Kulkarni also appealed to the students to take advantage of this opportunity.

Mr. Rajaram Ambole successfully completed One Year Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Resource Planning (PGDERP) offered by Vidya Pratishthan's Kamalnayan Bajaj Institute of Engineering and Technology, Baramati in association with College of Engineering Pune with CGPA of 9.22. He is second topper of 2021-22 PGDERP batch.
Mr. Rajaram Ambole now become SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.50.
Applying design thinking to IoT Products and Business

This talk was arranged to give the motivation to the faculties and students to increase the knowledge about design thinking in IoT. The motivation is to find out the various areas related IoT in the Design thinking. Nearly 50 participants from the students and faculty fraternity were present along with the well-known personalities in Pune and Shivaji University had taken the flavor of this new emerging area. Hon. Principal Dr. R.S. Bichkar presided this meet with Dr. R. K. Shastri (Dean R&D), Dr. A. P. Hiwarekar (Dean Academic) and Dr. Jyoti Rangole (Head EDC) and Dr. C. S. Kulkarni (Head, Comp).

CESA: Computer Engineering Students' Association

About CESA
CESA, The Computer Engineering Student's Association of VPKBIET BARAMATI, Aims to play a pivotal role in the development of students as Engineers by various out-of-curriculum and extra curricular activities. CESA develops current and future leaders and amplifies the student voice at the Local, State, and National levels by mobilizing grassroots power to win concrete victories on student issues.
Objectives
CESA aims to inculcate among its members an awareness and appreciation of the various disciplines of not just Computer Engineering but also other relevant fields. By way of its activities CESA aims to be a platform for all the students of VPKBIET BARAMATI in general and particularly of the students of Computer department. CESA seeks to be an active organization of the Computer department at VPKBIET which promotes their career interests.
A man only learns in two ways, one by reading, and the other by association with smarter people.
Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.

On September 27th, the Computer Engineering Students Association (CESA)
organized a project exhibition for all students of the Computer Engineering
Department. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Honorable Principal, Dr R. S.
Bichakar, along with the Register, Dr. R. K. Shastri, Dean Academics Dr. Sachin
Bhosale and the Head of the Computer Engineering Department, Dr. G. J. Chhajed.
Total15-20 teams participated and showcased their projects during this event.
CESA Notice Board Inauguration

On September 27th, the CESA-Computer Engineering Students Association member had
organized Inauguration of the CESA notice board and was accompanied by around 40 people
including the Dr. R. S. Bichkar, Principal, Dr. Sachin Bhosale, Dean Academics, Dr. G. J. Chhajed,
HOD of Computer Department, all faculties, the CESA members and students alltogether. CESA
is a platform for the Computer Engineering Students to share the knowledge, intelligence, abilities,
and experiences together and rise together. The main objective of this students association is to
fortify the curricular, extracurricular, professional, social abilities of student's community and
organize the related programs within the department to enhance the objective.
