Transcripts on Demand
The institution has introduced a system for online application and sending of transcripts. This makes it easier for our students, including ex-students to apply from anywhere (no need to come to the office in person), make online payments and get the email of transcript request.
1. Download the template.
2. The charge for the first set of transcripts will be Rs. 500/-, and the charge for each additional set of transcripts will be
Rs. 100/- only if the request for such additional transcripts is made along with the first request of transcripts.
3. Scan the QR code below to pay your fees online and send the payment screenshot/receipt to accounts@vpkbiet.org
3. After you pay, please submit your filled scanned application form, marksheets (FE to BE) and the fees paid receipt to email student.section@vpkbiet.org

Applying for Letter of Recommendation
The institution has introduced a system for online application for LOR. This makes it easier for our students, including ex-students to apply from anywhere, make online payments and get the email of LOR request to concern faculty.
A letter of recommendation provided by a faculty member of your previous institute.
1. Download the template.
2. Scan the QR code below to pay your fees online and send the payment screenshot/receipt to accounts@vpkbiet.org
3. After you pay, please submit your filled scanned application form and the fees paid receipt to email student.section@vpkbiet.org
4. Download LOR, fill your details & send it to concern teacher by mail for verification.
5. The concern teacher will check LOR and will send to office by mail.
6. Office will print this LOR on College letterhead and put seal on it.
7. After collecting LOR from office student need to take sign of respective teacher.

4. Scan the QR code below to pay your fees online and send the payment screenshot/receipt to accounts@vpkbiet.org
5. After successful payment and submission of your filled application, Degree Marksheet (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech.) and the fees paid receipt to email student.section@vpkbiet.org
